THE FULL SET OF OVER 1,000 CARDS. The Nostalgia Postcard Collection from 1890s TO 1950s with a "Users Guide" handbook, "Prince Edward's Farewell to the Nation" and a sample of a "Wartime Rations Booklet" with information on how it was used.

Thus they vary from mono, tinted and sepia to full colour. The cards are in very good condition.

The boxes are both in good order with the expected minor ware to the edges. (see photo of closed boxes). These postcards are intended as collector's items - the reverse side containing details relating to the reproduced postcard image on the front. As such they are a wonderful study of social history. They cover many aspects of British life between the 1890s and 1950s, with a wide range of themes.

The postcards are not numbered, but they do include details of which set they come from. Truly an enthralling delve into a bygone era!
